Boxing Gym Workouts

SpeedBall practice, an eye, hands, body and breathing coordination to improve timing and stamina.

Jumping rope
Stationary Running with jumping rope. This exercise is a pretty good substitute for outdoor jogging it also helps improve footwork and stamina as well.


Punching Bag. This will helps in building your "power punch".

Sit-ups. Abdominal streghtening.
